Apostle Ray Lotter is the founder of King's Tabernacle (Washington) and King's Tabernacle Hawaii. Saved in Auburn, Nebraska at age eight, he answered God’s call to ministry in the early 1990s and has served for 30+ years across prison outreach, prophetic conferences, Healing Rooms ministry, and international missions.
